Beginners Yoga Vol.1 is an easy to follow yoga class suitable for the absolute beginner. This class has been created by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga professional, to offer a practical and achievable introduction to basic Hatha Yoga techniques.The 60 minute class starts with a short guided relaxation that focuses the mind and prepares the body; it then guides you through 14 basic yoga postures, including Spinal Twist, Tree, Warrior 2 and Cat before concluding with a longer guided relaxation. The class instructions are combined with relaxing background music that sets a mood perfect for yoga. The CD is accompanied by a yoga guide book that includes reference photos for each yoga posture and provides useful information on how to get the most from the class. Biography: Sue Fuller

Sue Fuller is a teacher of both Hatha and Sivananda yoga. She trained with the Sivananda Organization in Neyyar Dam, India and has also studied yoga in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. She has taught, lead workshops and held teacher training courses in many countries for over 15 years. In addition to her teaching Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine and writes regular articles for many other lifestyle magazines. She is also the author of three of The British School of Yoga's courses. These are Yoga for a Healthy Pregnancy, The Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course and The Advanced Teacher Training Course (Hatha Yoga). Yoga 2 Hear classes are very practical; they give you the freedom to enjoy high-quality yoga instruction again and again whenever and wherever you choose. They are also very effective; the easy to follow audio instructions cause no visual distraction.
